Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ph656", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to ph656 and its operators, as accessible at ph656.cam.
• "User", "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ph656 platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on ph656 following completion of the registration process.

3.3 Single Account Eligibility

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) ph656 account at any time. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses therein.

Account Registration and Security

4.2 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, ph656 requires completion of KYC identity verification. This process requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document, which may include a Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) national ID, driver's license, UMID, SSS card, or passport. ph656 may request additional supporting documents at its discretion.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal being placed on hold. ph656 is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or inaccurate KYC submissions.

4.3 Account Security

ph656 only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount at ph656 is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts registered in the Player's verified name. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are processed within fifteen (15) minutes on average during normal operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals typically clear within two to four hours.

ph656 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been identified. ph656 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ph656 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act 9160, as amended). The platform may be required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Depositing funds derived from illegal activities is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

ph656 offers bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the point of issue, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum odds where applicable to sports bonuses.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general rules apply to all ph656 Bonus Funds:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered through the stated number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only bets made with cash balance (not Bonus Funds) contribute to meeting minimum deposit requirements for bonus eligibility.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to structured wagering designed to guarantee a withdrawal, using multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, or placing offsetting bets with another player — is a material breach of these Terms. ph656 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where bonus abuse is identified.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

7.1 Game Availability

ph656 reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any game or betting market from the platform at any time without notice. The availability of specific games, live tables, or sports markets may vary based on time of day, maintenance schedules, or third-party provider availability.

7.2 Game Results

All digital game outcomes on ph656 are determined by certified RNG systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical result of each game round as confirmed by ph656's server-side recording systems. Announced game results are final once confirmed by the platform's server logs, subject to the error correction provisions below.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game session — including server disconnection, software error, or game engine failure — ph656 will attempt to restore the game to its state immediately prior to the malfunction. Prohibited Conduct

• Placing bets through a third party's account, or allowing a third party to place bets through your account;

• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any ph656 content without express written authorization.

ph656 reserves the right to take all appropriate legal and technical action in response to prohibited conduct, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 ph656's Right to Suspend

ph656 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ph656 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached these Terms in any material respect;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful purposes;
• The Player is under the age of 21;
• The Player has registered multiple accounts;
• Continuation of the account poses a risk to ph656's regulatory compliance or the integrity of its Services.

9.2 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may close their ph656 account at any time by contacting ph656 customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, ph656 will process any pending withdrawal of the verified account balance to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and after deducting any non-withdrawable Bonus Funds.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude from ph656 for responsible gaming reasons may activate self-exclusion through their account settings dashboard. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion are available. Nothing in these Terms limits ph656's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter in respect of which liability cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

ph656 makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious software. Access to ph656 is provided on an "as is" basis.

Privacy and Data Protection

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's rights to pursue available remedies under Philippine consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 7394).
